After Saturday night’s exciting walk-off win, the Chicago Cubs will look to take the series finale against the Cincinnati Reds Sunday night at Wrigley Field.
A victory Sunday would allow the Cubs to take three-of-four from a reeling Reds team that enters play five games under .500 and 12 1/2 games behind the Cardinals in the National League Central.
Chicago (33-27) sits at a season-best six games over .500, and a win would help the club set a new high-point. With St. Louis being rained out, the finale gives Chicago a chance to keep pace with the Pittsburgh Pirates and gain ground in the division.

Jon Lester (4-5, 4.25) is looking for his first win in five starts for Chicago after being roughed up by the Tigers for five runs and nine hits his last time out.
He will be opposed by young Cincinnati right-hander Anthony DeSclafani (5-4, 3.53), who has allowed an average of just 2.25 runs over the course of his last four outings.
Lester whiffed a season-high 10 batters last time he faced the Reds and will no-doubt look to replicate such success again on Sunday night.
First pitch is set for 7:08 p.m. CT from the Friendly Confines.
