Milton Bradley Answers Trade Rumors With Hilariously Inaccurate Boast

Milton Bradley may suck as a baseball player, but as an entertainer, he has potential.  I was certainly entertained by what he had to say about the trade rumor that has him going to Detroit.

“I don’t pay attention to rumors,” Bradley insisted in an interview after Saturday’s Cubs victory over the Reds.  “I’m one of those guys who is multi-talented and can do a lot of things, so I’m not surprised. It’s just a rumor.”

Yes, Milton has myriad talents.  He can throw a helmet like nobody’s business.  He’s awesome at chucking balls into the stands when there are only two outs (and posing like he just did something awesome).  And when it comes to being taken down by his own manager and tearing his ACL…I’ve never seen his equal.

I’ll give Milton this – he has a lot of confidence.  Now if he could just hit from the left side and field his position like a big leaguer…
