Chicago Cubs Prospects: 2023 MLB draft class fully signed, where will the players go?
The Chicago Cubs managed to sign all of their 2023 draft picks, now we just need to figure out where these players will start their professional careers.

16th Round
Daniel Brown LHP Campbell University
Slot Value: $150,000
Signing Bonus: $150,000
Total Bonus Pool O/U: -$448,000
Projected Level for 2023: Pitch Lab
This is the pick that left me scratching my head during and after the draft and I’m even more confused seeing that he commanded a $150,000 signing bonus. This man was bad, no way around it during his time at Campbell University, but perhaps the Cubs like his lefty arm and think they can turn a bad pitcher into a good pitcher with some development. We shall see.
