Chicago Cubs Prospects: 2023 MLB draft class fully signed, where will the players go?

This is the pick that left me scratching my head during and after the draft and I’m even more confused seeing that he commanded a $150,000 signing bonus. This man was bad, no way around it during his time at Campbell University, but perhaps the Cubs like his lefty arm and think they can turn a bad pitcher into a good pitcher with some development. We shall see.
