Fernando Rodney

A bit of a lesser-known Cub, seeing as it was only for less than half a season, Fernando Rodney did get some key outs for the Cubs’ bullpen down the stretch in 2015.

However, Rodney originally came over to the Cubs near the end of August of that year. In 14 appearances, Rodney pitched to a 0.75 ERA, and got some key outs in the NLDS against the Cardinals.

Like any player, fans go back and forth on flashiness. They don’t like the way Rodney wears his hat, they don’t like the bow and arrow routine, etc. Rodney was quite good with the Cubs, and it shouldn’t matter how he wears his hat, or his post game routine.
