Cubbies Crib: Morning Marquee 11/04

The Chicago Cubs new manager will be named this week. On Tuesday, former Indians and Mariners manager Eric Wedge, 45, met with Theo Epstein, Cubs president of baseball operations, and the front office to discuss the vacant manager’s job. The Cubs also have interviewed Rick Renteria, A.J. Hinch, Dave Martinez and Manny Acta. Renteria is rumored to be the favorite as the Cubs are reportedly going to interview Boston Red Sox bench coach Torey Lovullo before making the final decision.
