Talking Cubs With Fan Sports Podcast
The Baseball Season is upon us. Beginning this weekend, the Major League teams in Arizona and Florida will begin to their Cactus League and Grapefruit League schedules. To go along with the beginning of the Spring Training schedule, many blogs begin to do there extensive season previews. Cubbies Crib is no different. The month March will feature the conclusion of our 40 man roster profiles, previews for each of the Major League divisions, a look at the National League Central, as well as pointing out some players to watch. Cubbies Crib is ready for the season to start. On Wednesday February 29, I was able to share my excitement about the upcoming Cubs’ season with Brian Sullivan of Fan Sports Podcast. Sullivan runs many podcasts throughout the week, and brought me in to speak with him about the Cubs’ off-season as well as their 2012 season.
In the podcast, Sullivan and I discuss the Cubs’ lack of pursuit of Albert Pujols or Prince Fielder; the future for Matt Garza; key players/prospects to watch; and also took a look at what players that are currently with the organization and may not be with the team by the time the season concludes.
Please take some time to listen to the podcast as Cubbies Crib and Fan Sports Podcast hope to be doing a lot more podcasts together throughout the 2012 season. To listen to the podcast, please click here.
