The Chicago Cubs continue to look for ways to bolster their bullpen, adding another lefty in Brian Duensing. The Cubs World Series film is also out, and it’s a must-have for fans.

Looking at the numbers, the Chicago Cubs addition of Brian Duensing doesn’t look sexy. He’s muddled about, putting up rather pedestrian numbers out of the bullpen. He’s also seen a handful of starts in his career and could be another version of Mike Montgomery. With Chris Bosio‘s success of turning around so-so career’s, I’m willing to let this one play out to see what he can do.

The Cubs World Series video is out, and by all accounts–it’s amazing. If you thought that watching the series live was intense, wait till you get a chance to see the film. The film aired on FS1 on Friday night and will release on Dec. 6. The  collector’s edition goes on sale starting December 16th. If you have a Cubs’ fan who isn’t sure what they want this year? This. This is what you need to get them.

With the addition of Jon Jay, the chances of Dexter Fowler returning to the Cubs is minimal. So if he goes, who leads off? The Cubs have several options, but there isn’t a definitive guy who fits the bill. Cubs manager Joe Maddon will find a way to make it work, but it’ll be interesting to see how the dynamic of the team changes.
