Morning Marquee: Cubs bullpen ranked seventh; AC/DC coming to Wrigley

MLB.com and Sports on Earth reporter Anthony Castrovince has again begin releasing his Top 10 lists. Of his top bullpens in the league? The Chicago Cubs come in seventh in his picks, and it’s not hard to see why. Hector Rondon had a sensational year as the closer, while Neil Ramirez and Pedro Strop were solid on the back-end. Adding Jason Motte won’t hurt the cause, and the Cubs should be in a strong position out of the pen this season.

Legendary rock group AC/DC will be playing at Wrigley Field on September 15 for their ‘Rock or Bust World Tour’. It’s been five years since the band has been on tour, and this could possibly be their final one. Tickets will go on sale Monday, Feb. 16.

With all the hoopla surrounding pitching this off-season, did the Cubs make the right choice in Jon Lester? Was James Shields worth going after? Our Tobey Johnson took a look at the question to see if “Lestermania” was indeed the right direction to go.
