Cubs manager Rick Renteria ejected in the third

Chicago Cubs manager Rick Renteria was ejected in the third inning on Wednesday night by home-plate umpire Tood Tichenor for arguing balls and strikes.

It is the fourth ejection for Renteria this season.

With Curtis Granderson at the plate, Renteria said something to Tichenor after Edwin Jackson‘s first-pitch was called a ball. Tichenor was not pleased and tossed Renteria, who went onto the field to finish the argument before exiting to the Cubs’ clubhouse.
