The Chicago Cubs dropped their franchise’s 10,000th game on Sunday afternoon to complete a three-game sweep by the Atlanta Braves.

Cubs went 1-for-8 with runners in scoring position during their 5-2 loss, their seventh in the last eight outings. Monday the Cubs will begin another three-game series with the 2013 National League Champion St. Louis Cardinals on the road as Travis Wood takes the mound in the series opener against Tyler Lyons.
