After dropping another one-run heartbreaker to the Pirates in the season opener, the Chicago Cubs will look to rebound in the series’ second game tonight at the Friendly Confines.

Right-hander Jason Hammel (1-0, 1.35 ERA) takes the hill for Chicago, coming off a dominant two-hit performance in his season debut against Pittsburgh. Wednesday night’s contest marks Hammel’s first start ever at Wrigley Field.

Pittsburgh will counter with left-hander Wandy Rodriguez (0-1, 4.50 ERA) who is searching for his first win since May 2013 after working his way back from a forearm injury. Last week against Chicago, he held Chicago to three runs in six innings of work.

Tonight’s game will be broadcast on WGN 720 and WGN TV.
