Starlin Castro believes he is now ready to start in the season opener against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday.

Around the league, the MLB and MLBPA announced upgrades to Joint Drug Agreement with a first offense a player will be suspended 80 games and a second offense is now an entire season.
