Still searching for their first win of the spring, Rick Renteria and the Cubs (0-3) will square off against division rival Milwaukee (3-2) this afternoon at 2:05 p.m. at Maryvale Baseball Park. The game will be broadcast on MLB.TV and via the airwaves on 720 AM WGN Radio.

One of the biggest aspects of today’s tilt is the fact that the newly-created instant replay system will be in effect, marking one of eight Cubs’ games this spring featuring the new review system. The Cubs will hand the ball to left-hander Eric Jokisch, who went 11-13 with a 3.42 ERA in 26 starts for Double-A Tennessee last season. He will be opposed by Milwaukee righty Marco Estrada.

Here are today’s starting lineups:

First, for the visiting Chicago Cubs.

And for the host Brewers.
