The Chicago Cubs continue to wait on making any new roster additions while the team continues to battle the rooftop owners with their proposed Wrigley Field renovations. Monday, the team request a permit for a 650 right field sign and not surprisingly the rooftop owners are not keen on the idea.

San Francisco Giants’ third-base coach Tim Flannery raised $96,000 during four nights of concerts in Northern California over the weekend for Bryan Stow, the Giants fan who was seriously injured in a beating outside Dodger Stadium after the 2011 season opener.
